Welcome to MZ Build Solution. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to MZ Build Solution.

  • “Client” refers to any individual, firm, or entity engaging the Company for services.

  • “Services” include but are not limited to construction, civil works, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, architectural, furniture, and glass works.

  • “Agreement” means any written or verbal contract, proposal, or quotation accepted by the Client.

2. Scope of Services

MZ Build Solution provides construction and related services in accordance with:

  • Approved drawings and specifications

  • Agreed project scope and timelines

  • Applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Any additional work outside the agreed scope shall be treated as variation work and may result in revised costs and timelines.

3. Compliance with Pakistani Laws

All services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

  • The Contract Act, 1872

  • Pakistan Penal Code (where applicable)

  • Local building bylaws and development authority regulations

  • Labour laws of Pakistan

  • Environmental and safety regulations

The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are based on current material rates, labor costs, and market conditions.

  • Any increase in taxes, duties, or government levies shall be borne by the Client.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

5. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required before commencement of work.

  • Delayed payments may result in work suspension without liability to the Company.

  • The Company reserves the right to recover outstanding dues through legal means under Pakistani law.

6. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are estimates and subject to factors such as weather, material availability, force majeure, or Client-side delays.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information and approvals in a timely manner

  • Ensure site access and utilities (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Avoid interference with construction activities

  • Make payments as per agreed terms

8. Safety & Site Conditions

  • The Company shall follow standard safety practices.

  • The Client is responsible for undisclosed underground utilities, legal disputes, or site encumbrances unless disclosed prior to contract execution.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, layouts, and documentation prepared by MZ Build Solution remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

10. Warranty & Defects Liability

  • Workmanship defects reported within the agreed defect liability period will be addressed as per contract terms.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Pakistani law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total contract value.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • In case of material breach

  • Non-payment

  • Force majeure events

Payments for completed work up to the termination date shall remain payable.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and courts located within Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

MZ Build Solution reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
